RETURN POLICY
Please review the following information regarding R&R's Return Policy.
- R&R will only accept product returns within 30 days of original order date for the following reasons:
- Items did not fit due to an error by R&R
- Returned items must be clean and re-usable/sellable
- Items were received defective and not usable
- Items did not fit due to an error by R&R
- The following return reasons will incur and 15% re-stocking fee
- Third party / customer cancelled order
- Wrong measurements or part number were provided to R&R at time of order
- Custom orders (size, product, color, etc.) are NOT returnable
- Prior authorization is required BEFORE returning a product to R&R
- an RMA is required to return products
- Items cannot be properly credited without an RMA #
- Verbal authorizations are NOT allowed
- an RMA is required to return products
- R&R will assess the condition of the product once received and will issue a credit memo appropriately
- Credits will only be issued if the above steps are followed
- Credits are for product only
- We do not refund shipping charges
- We do not provide refunds, only credits
- R&R will not issue any credit for returns over 30 days old from original order date
